Standing Out to a Recruiter
Ever wondered what makes you standout in a Recruiter's eyes? Here are the three attributes that make my day.
When I'm on the lookout for top-notch candidates, these three things always catch my eye:
Being clear as day: A lot of folks I chat with aren't totally sure what they're after in their job hunt. It's fine to explore, but knowing what you want makes everything smoother for both of us.
Enthusiasm: Some people think they've got it all figured out, from the company culture to nailing the interview. But there's always room for a new trick or two. Being open to advice can really give you an edge.
Easy to reach: Ever tried to plan something with someone who's just impossible to get hold of? Not fun. Being on the ball and easy to get in touch with makes the whole process a lot easier for everyone.
These traits don't just make my job easier; they're also signs that someone's going to be great in their role.
